Aasti Infrastructure Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (AISPL) is a Hyderabad-based firm founded by civil and structural engineering professionals. We work across architectural design, structural engineering, construction management and real estate investment advisory, and we represent selected partner projects for developers.

Our clients include individual and institutional investors, landowners, developers and organisations commissioning new buildings. What connects our work is a single view: a real estate asset is only as sound as the engineering beneath it, the location around it and the assumptions behind its price. We bring all three into one evaluation.

We focus on Hyderabad and the growth corridors of Telangana, where we understand the ground conditions, approval processes and infrastructure pipeline first-hand.

Why we exist

Decisions too large to make on instinct.

Real estate in India is often sold on brochures and momentum. Investors are left to judge structures they cannot inspect, locations they have not studied and returns no one has modelled. Owners commission buildings without independent oversight. Developers struggle to reach serious buyers who ask hard questions.

Aasti exists to close that gap — to bring engineering evidence and research into decisions that are too large to make on instinct.

We will give an honest technical or investment opinion even when it is not the easiest one to hear, including a recommendation not to proceed. We do not trade technical integrity for expediency, and we do not make claims we cannot substantiate.
