Construction managed with control, evidence and accountability.
Planning, procurement, quality and cost management from concept to completion — on the owner’s side of the table.
Construction Management
Most cost and schedule overruns are visible months before they happen — if someone is measuring. We act as the owner’s representative on site: we baseline the schedule and budget, define quality hold-points, measure progress against plan and report variances early with a recommended course of action. Contractors are selected on documented criteria, bills are certified against measured quantities, and every decision is recorded. The result is a project you can see clearly at every stage, and a handover without surprises.
Owners without independent oversight often discover problems at billing or handover — when they are expensive to fix and difficult to dispute.
Baseline, measure, report, act. We set clear controls on cost, schedule, quality and safety, and give you monthly visibility of each.

Frequently asked questions
Are you a contractor or a consultant?
In a construction management engagement we work on the owner’s side as a consultant, managing and checking contractors on your behalf.
How do you charge?
Either a fixed fee or a percentage of project cost, depending on scope and duration. We share a written proposal after reviewing the project.
Can you take over a project already under construction?
Yes. We begin with a status audit — progress, quality, cost and contracts — and then put controls in place.
How often will I receive reports?
Monthly as standard, with weekly updates during critical phases. Reports include photographs, progress against schedule and cost status.
Can NRIs monitor progress remotely?
Yes. Reports, photographs and video walkthroughs are shared digitally, and decisions are documented for your approval.
