Investment advisory grounded in research and engineering.
We help investors and landowners decide what to buy, hold, develop or sell — and when not to.
Investment Advisory
A property or land purchase is usually the largest, least liquid investment a family or business makes, yet it is often decided on a brochure, a site visit and a salesperson’s optimism. Our advisory starts with your objective: rental income, long-term appreciation, capital preservation, land banking or a development play — and your horizon and liquidity needs. We research the market and location, screen residential, commercial, industrial and land opportunities against our evaluation framework, model returns under conservative, base and optimistic scenarios, and set out the risks plainly. For land, we add site inspection by engineers and an assessment of development potential; for landowners, we assess whether development, joint venture or sale best serves your goals. The result is a written recommendation you can test, question and share with your family, chartered accountant or lawyer.
Most property “advice” is paid for by the seller, and land decisions are often made on announcements and word of mouth. Projections omit costs, holding periods, approval risk and exit liquidity — and the investor carries the risk nobody modelled.
